We spent our first day in Rock Springs on January 13th and had Jordan's birthday cake with Heather's family. JaNae and Jordan are still "best cousins" and I think they always will have a special connection. They have been close since they were babies and I'll always remember Jordan's first comment when she saw JaNae: "Oh, my sister!" So sweet. They are growing up fast and are definitely goofy at times, but are still pretty and sweet when they want to be.

Sweet 6 & Fabulous 14
During our month of moving we had two birthdays that we managed to celebrate. Megan had her birthday party the weekend before we left and had a great time with her friends from school and church. She had a "High School Musical" party and the kids even sang karaoke to the "sing it" play station game that she had gotten for Christmas. Megan is quite the performer and still a "girlie girl". She's growing up fast and has lost another front tooth since we've been in Wyoming.

Whee!

We had a really good time on New Year's Day sledding with a couple of other families in American Fork Canyon. I wanted to post the pictures even though it's been a few weeks.

Kyle really loved it but had to go at his own speed and all alone on his saucer. He wanted to be in complete control of how fast he went. He was actually quite capable and had a good time.
All of the kids especially got a kick of Mom and Dad's slide down the big hill together. I don't think I've laughed this hard in a long time. Here we are at the bottom of the hill, I started out laying on top of Dave -- as you can see I'm holding on for dear life, and slid off a ways. This is the kid's favorite picture, so I had to share it, just have a laugh at my expense, I'm used to it!
It was our last outing before we left our friends in Utah, and we definitely miss them!

Our New Year
Happy New Year to all of you! We are currently in the process of making a big move to Rock Springs, Wyoming. I have lots of pictures from our New Year's sledding expedition, and Megan's 6th birthday, but will have to wait to post until we get our computer back up and running. I am currently at the library in P.G. taking care of a few last minute errands before going home to finish packing. I will keep you all informed of the latest craze and the latest address, etc. I will continue checking e-mail when I get the chance. It looks like 2008 will bring us many new and exciting adventures, opportunities, and changes. I am excited to share them all with you. Thank you for all of your support this past year, here's hoping all of you are embarking on your own New Year of life with optimism and excitement!
