We had a really good time on New Year's Day sledding with a couple of other families in American Fork Canyon. I wanted to post the pictures even though it's been a few weeks.
Kyle really loved it but had to go at his own speed and all alone on his saucer. He wanted to be in complete control of how fast he went. He was actually quite capable and had a good time.
All of the kids especially got a kick of Mom and Dad's slide down the big hill together. I don't think I've laughed this hard in a long time.Here we are at the bottom of the hill, I started out laying on top of Dave -- as you can see I'm holding on for dear life, and slid off a ways. This is the kid's favorite picture, so I had to share it, just have a laugh at my expense, I'm used to it!
It was our last outing before we left our friends in Utah, and we definitely miss them!

Oh my gosh! I love this! You guys looked like you had a great time! And Mel - the picture of you....do I need to say anything? What a crack up! But I have to say, things like that happen to me too....and especially when the little ones are watching.... Remind me to tell you the story of Reese's Pieces.....
